Das Sortieren zur\u00fcckgegebener Medien in Handarbeit ist zeitaufw\u00e4ndig und daher f\u00fcr Bibliotheken kostspielig. Das Ruby Pro AMH-System (Automated Materials Handling) ist die perfekte L\u00f6sung zur Automatisierung des R\u00fcckgabeprozesses.<\/p>\n

Aufbau<\/span><\/h3>\n

Die Ruby Pro AMH-Sortieranlage wurde nach intensiven Studien und Sammeln von Erfahrungen entwickelt und kann mit Innen-R\u00fcckgaben oder dem Sapphire 24\/7 Bookdrop<\/a> kombiniert werden. Die modulare Systemarchitektur erm\u00f6glicht die Gestaltung von 2, 3, 5, 7 usw. Sortierzielen. F\u00fcr jedes Sortierziel ist ein passender Sortierbeh\u00e4lter erforderlich. Der Beh\u00e4lter hat einen beweglichen Boden, der die Medien vor dem Fallen aus gr\u00f6\u00dferer H\u00f6he sch\u00fctzt, damit sie nicht besch\u00e4digt werden und maximal geschont werden. Die leichten Beh\u00e4lter sind aus Aluminium gefertigt und bieten maximale Bewegungsfreiheit.<\/p>\n

R\u00fcckgabe – Front System<\/span><\/h3>\n

Die Indoor-R\u00fcckgabe des Ruby Pro oder des Sapphire 24\/7 Bookdrop erkennt die Bibliotheksmedien (B\u00fccher oder AV-Medien), die mit einem RFID-Etikett ausgestattet sind und \u00f6ffnet die Klappe. Das benutzerfreundliche Light-Anzeigesystem (Light Indication System – LIS) f\u00fchrt den Benutzer durch den R\u00fcckgabeprozess.<\/p>\n

Systemdetails<\/span><\/h3>\n

Der Ruby Pro bearbeitet schnell und einfach zur\u00fcckgegebene Medien und kann problemlos 1500 Medien pro Stunde verarbeiten. Der Sortierer ist modular aufgebaut, wobei jedes Modul 2 oder 3 Sortierziele ansteuern kann. Module k\u00f6nnen hintereinander geschaltet werden, um jeweils 2 zus\u00e4tzliche Sortierziele pro Modul hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Dank des vollst\u00e4ndig geschlossenen 2-Band-Systems k\u00f6nnen die Module auch die kleinsten bzw. d\u00fcnnsten Magazine oder B\u00fccher fehlerfrei verarbeiten im Vergleich zu den Rollen und B\u00e4ndern, die normalerweise in herk\u00f6mmlichen Sortieranlagen zum Einsatz kommen. Blaue Anzeigelampen informieren das Bibliothekspersonal \u00fcber den Betriebszusatand des Sortierers und die Beladung der Wagen.<\/p>\n
