In case a product delivered by Dialoc ID has to be repaired, you can return it to the Dialoc ID office in Harderwijk, the Netherlands. You can file a request for a Return of Material Authorization (RMA) number here. Have you been supplied and serviced by one of our partners? Please get in touch with your local supplier directly.
